Hi I'm Sharon! I am an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist® and Reiki Master Teacher. Most importantly I am griever who experienced the deaths of two loved ones to suicide within a two-year period. I am the author of Grief Reiki® - An Integrated Approach to the Emotional, Physical and Spiritual Components of Grief and Loss. I am the co-author of Grief Diaries: Surviving Loss by Suicide which was a three-time finalist in the 10th Annual National Indie Excellence Awards, the Book Excellence Awards and the Best Book Awards. I am also a contributor to other books in the Grief Diaries anthology including Hello from Heaven, How to Help the Newly Bereaved, Grieving for the Living and Loss of a Loved One.
